PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION STEPS
Phase I: Evaluation
- Gather relevant on-site quantitative data, and understand situational needs and constraints on water pollution abatement
- Perform feasibility studies to elucidate the quantitative requirements
- Solicit quotes from suppliers of water treatment equipment, if equipment is needed; consult relevant informed personnel to list options
- Experts select the most cost-effective "option" and present associated budget for execution
Phase II: Execution
- Devise a plan to execute that "option" to cover a practical period of time, including advice to the beneficiary and follow-up maintenance & inspections
- Fund and implement that plan
