Phase I: Evaluation

  1. Gather relevant on-site quantitative data, and understand situational needs and constraints on water pollution abatement
  2. Perform feasibility studies to elucidate the quantitative requirements
  3. Solicit quotes from suppliers of water treatment equipment, if equipment is needed; consult relevant informed personnel to list options
  4. Experts select the most cost-effective "option" and present associated budget for execution

 

Phase II: Execution

  1. Devise a plan to execute that "option" to cover a practical period of time, including advice to the beneficiary and follow-up maintenance & inspections
  2. Fund and implement that plan
